Mobility was significantly impaired, and the patient required a wheelchair for movement. Additionally, pain was noted in the interphalangeal joints of both upper limbs (VAS 3/10) without visible swelling.<br /><br />After Treatment:<br />The patient experienced a remarkable reduction in pain and swelling.<br /><br />Left knee pain reduced to VAS 1/10<br /><br />Right knee pain resolved completely (VAS 0/10)<br /><br />No pain in the interphalangeal joints (VAS 0/10)<br /><br />Patient regained the ability to walk and stand independently, with only mild limping observed<br /><br />Notable improvement in the range of motion of the left knee joint<br /><br />Conclusion:<br />A comprehensive Ayurvedic treatment approach, combining internal medicines, dietary regulation, and Panchakarma therapies, led to significant clinical improvement in a patient suffering from Avascular Necrosis and Rheumatoid Arthritis.
